New TSA security regulations for airfreight export to the United States

Current information from Lamprecht Transport Ltd.

The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) released new security regulations effective 29th January, 2016 for the import of goods and consolidated cargo via air freight to the United States. Airlines are no longer allowed to accept any shipments that originate from, transited in bond nor travelled through Egypt, Syria, Somalia and Yemen as of 29th January 2016.

This is an additional regulation. It does not replace any previous rule. You will find the correspondent document for the required security confirmation for airfreight shipments to the US under this link. We kindly ask you to please include this document with your transport order for all shipments. You can also mention this confirmation on your transport order accordingly; in that case no need to send us the document separately.
